For the second year in a row, Sunrise Rotary sponsored the Bishop Summer Kickoff, a celebration of summer fun, community and Bishop's cultural diversity. This year's roundup featured local musicians, performances from the AkyMya dancers of the Bishop Paiute Tribe, the Susuaduumu Tanugadu Ribbon Dancers from the Big Pine Paiute Tribe, and traditional dances from Bishop's Gujarati community. Thanks to over 40 local businesses for donations to our raffle, and to all the volunteers who showed up to help!
